To all you folks that have e-mailed me about the other personnel at Charlotte Street Animal Hosp.

________________________________________________________________________________

I AGREE IN MOST CASES! But as you know, in the main room, is where all the work is done, all work is done, except examinations Lab. Boo Boo spent 30 hours in this room, with several Doctors and other personnel working on her and if
they were there for those two days, they had to see her injuries. Regardless of the cause, she laid there suffering, with no medication for the wounds you see in the photos. She was shaved and prepped for the Surgery The need for the surgery was because Dr. Ledyard needed the MONEY ! (He claims he told me that "Even with the surgery she would never walk again !" ) BUT HE STILL DID THE SURGERY !

He said, I said "Do it because she is in pain" ???? What does this have to do with her condition. After what he claims he told me about, she would never walk again WHY WOULD I WANT HER TO HAVE THE SURGERY AND NOT TREAT THE TERRIBLE WOUNDS SHE HAD.?

I may be stupid but this makes NO SENSE AT ALL. Not only is he A lousy Vet he is a worst Lier !!

Since anyone on duty for the days Boo Boo was in their CARE
had to have : treated her, walk thought the room, assisted Dr. Ledyard. Their silence is AS BAD AS Dr. Ledyard's ACTIONS !!

________________________________________________________________________________

The NCMB has been telling me for 6 months that all I have reported and asked to be done was being done, and if not they had excuses on top of excuses. I find out on Dec. 28th 2009, What I asked from June 2009, is not in in their procedure ??? and nothing was done!!!

Their up date letter 12-28-09 (Enclosed)

It Is so full of _$&((%$#@_ it sounds like Dr. Ledyard wrote it . But it's only a DOG. Nothing to worry about, Go BUY ANOTHER !

WHEN YOU GET BORED READING, GO LOOK AT THE PHOTOS AGAIN ! !

Dr. Marshall,

I understand this is the Holiday Season, and delays are
expected. Could you let me know when Mr. Mickey and
Mr. Hearn will meet and how and when will I learn the
results. In June, I asked for complaints be filed against
all licensed parties , on duty on 6-8-2009 and June 15 and
16, 2009 at Charlotte Street Animal Hospital. The same
charges that were filed against Dr. Mark Ledyard. This
request was agreed to, but only charges were filed against
Dr. Ledyard ?

Sincerely,

Jay K. Jones

Mr.
Jones,

Your telephone call to our office in reference to the complaint you filed with the Veterinary
Medical Board was referred to me. I have talked with Mr. Tom Mickey, Executive Director,
and learned that the staff is having difficulty integrating your complaint into the formal complaint
process because of its complexity. (This is after 6 months of being told they were working on it ) He is scheduling to meet with the Board’s attorney, Mr. George Hearn,
in the next couple of working days to review, get direction, and they will be getting back to you
with a plan of action. Regards.

Mr. Jones,
Mr.'s Hearn and Mickey met on Dec. 21 and it is my
understanding that your complaint has been formally entered
into the complaint process and assigned to committee.
Regards.
Dr. Marshall

This was ( ? great news ? ), since MY COMPLAINT was filed June 2009. And for six months, the NCVMB had been telling me it was being worked on, and NOW I find out it is just being put into "THE PROCESS" ??? BECAUSE IT DIDN'T fit into THEIR PROCESS ?

I WOULD CALL THIS B.S. AND A RUN AROUND!!!

Hey, good to hear from you.
Honestly I hope that you and Boo Boo are doing well.
As you spread the word I'm sure that you will be sure to mention how
difficult of a person you can be (as if your e-mails don't make that clear).
I remember particularly how we gave you advice once years ago on how to
treat your animals for whipworms (a completely preventable disease that
you'd let your dog contract). I was trying to give you a money saving way
of keeping your dog healthy, but you refuse to believe me. You called the
office so many times arguing about how to give the medicine that you made
my employees cry (literally). You finally called the University of
Tennessee to talk with the parasitology department, and they confirmed
everything that I had told you. Eventually you treated your dogs the way I
suggested and they improved and did well.
Please make sure that you only blame other people for any problems that
occur. Do not ever take any responsibility for yourself.

Mark

Dr. Ledyard and all Licensed Personnel.

It is good to hear from you, every time you open your month, you put your foot in it.. That example, "Your little story" Is about as accurate as your statement to the Board. Plus you are admitting to recommending drugs meant for Horses ,Cows and Sheep - for Dogs. Do you remember. Like buying a drug for Heart Worms and Mange, meant for Cows, and putting it in syringes and selling the syringes and drugs to customers. (I'm not sure that's OK ,with the Board..) These drugs are not for use with Dogs per Manufactures Directions.

I wonder HOW many dogs or cats you have Killed and NO ONE knows about it, because you covered it up..Paid Off- or- other underhanded actions...

About me -- Calling UT to check on what you told me.

1. Shows how much I love my dogs.
By the way. The dean of UT Vet School, was really shocked when he saw your handy work, the twenty- six photos of Boo Boo and Your Name is quite well known NOW. I spent a day over there!! (They tell me you Graduated from UT, what a surprise.

You may get to meet the Doctor in charge of the Small Animal Dept. She may meet, Dr. Marshall, NC Vet., soon. I think she will explain How "I" caused the injures to Boo Boo, or something like that.

No one has explained to me how she got those injuries to her Feet and Rear Legs. You say she had them, when I brought her in for her hip surgery?? But you or none of your personnel knows how these injuries happened or bothered to inquire or ask me about what happened ? "STRANGE" Since every Doctor I showed them to, knew immediately how they happened ?

________________________________________________________________________________

You do know the penalty for untrue statements to the Board ! It may be worst then killing a dog. And you KNOW ABOUT THAT !

Do your associate Doctors and Techs., know if they back up your lies, their license may be at risk.
You do have some nice employees. It explains how you could make a million dollars a year (almost). It is not by your talent !

Hope we can chat again real soon.. BOO BOO and Jay PS

THE LONGER IT GOES THE MORE I KNOW.

You mention I let my dog get HOOKWORMS, I have been trying to teach them, Not to go to bathroom, outside in the yard, wear boots when they go out in the yard, and not to groom or lick their feet. They almost have it down. When they do, You will be the first to KNOW ! " MY BAD"

THIS IS REQUEST TO THE: ACVS to see id I could get help with this matter. You can see VETS PROTECT VETS. IT SEEM MONEY IS MORE IMPORTANT THE pets. SHAME SHAME

Hi,

No, he does not appear to be a diplomate. I am forwarding a list of ACVS board-certified surgeons located in the state of North Carolina. Unfortunately, there isn't a lot ACVS can do if he is not board-certified. My suggestion is for you to contact the state licensing board if you have not already done so. Hopefully, with this list, a surgeon would be helpful.

Best wishes

I am so sorry for what you are experiencing at this time. Can you
tell me if the surgeon is an ACVS board-certified surgeon? I can
check if you give me his/her name. If the surgeon is not an ACVS
surgeon, the only thing I can do is give you a list of ACVS
board-certified surgeons located in the state you reside or like. You
may contact any of the surgeons on that list and see if they would
support your complaint. If it is an ACVS board-certified surgeon,
then you will have to write a formal complaint naming the surgeons
submit all supporting documents and sign the complaint and forward it
to the ACVS office.

Please let me know if this is an ACVS surgeon, provide the name.

Kind wishes
